Installation does not work on Android emulator

Hi,
I am trying to install the plugin on Android but it does not work. I followed the instructions.

When I execute 'cordova run android' I have the following error message:

Error: adb: Command failed with exit code 1 Error output:
Failed to install /Users/[PATH]/platforms/android/build/outputs/apk/android-debug.apk: Failure [INSTALL_FAILED_NO_MATCHING_ABIS: Failed to extract native libraries, res=-113]

Do you know how to fix the problem ?

Thanks for reporting this. This is likely due to the fact that I only included the ARMv7 ABI to save on APK size. So, it should work fine on a device, but not in the default emulator. You should be able to get it working in the emulator by downloading the x86 or x86/64 binaries:

As far as fixing this in general, I am hesitant to add another 15-30MB to the APK size given the relatively low percentage of x86 Android devices. On the other hand, it certainly would make testing easier. I am looking for a cordova/phonegap build option that will let me restrict a source file to an architecture type. I see options for other platforms in the documentation but it's not clear they work on Cordova Android. Another workaround would be just to document that you have to use an ARM-based emulator or device to test this plugin.

Hey I have the same problem, but cannot reach the binaries (404). Setting up an ARM emulator does not work either because it's too slow(?)
Is there any other way to solve it?
