Feature request: format files from command line

Helix has many lsp's and standalone formatters configured out of the box, additionally users may have configured some themselves. My idea is to expose the :format command as a command line option. That way there would be a universal command to format files in many languages and a universal way to configure the formatting. This could be useful for e.g. scripting and automation.
