RA not working with cfg not(miri)

I'm working on a project which has some cfg.

    not(miri),
    target_arch = "x86_64",
    any(
        target_os = "linux",
        all(feature = "generic-sandbox", any(target_os = "macos", target_os = "freebsd"))
    ),
    feature = "std",
))]
macro_rules! if_compiler_is_supported {

Then using this macro some mod are enabled.

if_compiler_is_supported! {
    mod sandbox;

Thus in this included sandbox mod, rust analyzer doesnt work.
To fix it, I have following configuration under project/.helix/languages.toml

[language-server.rust-analyzer.config.cargo]
features = "all"
cfgs = { "miri" = "", "target_os" = "linux", "feature" = "all" }

This does not work. Can someone help me?
I know this problem also looks like rust-analyzer config issue.
However, VSCode works very well without any issues!
Does anyone here faced any such issue?
