Ruby config with Solargraph and StandardRB (instead of Rubocop)

Its important to add both gems in gemfile or simply install globally in terminal to make this work. (sorry for saying something a little obvious)

I just used this setting, and formatting seems to work despite the formatter not showing up properly.

@gabydd i think the only confusion that even me that did it working properly using standardrb lsp is because when you command hx --health ruby it shows Configured formatter: None, even with auto-format setted to true and working the autoformat properly.

im kind of noob, so normally i do those things by trying different approachs haha, just to contextualize my limitations 😅
