Couple of troubleshooting tips :

1. hx --health rust See if you get green tick for rust-analyzer
2. Run ~/.cargo/bin/rust-analyzer (or the path listed for rust-analyzer by hx --health rust) See if it shows any error.
3. If error, rustup component add rust-analyzer and try previous step again.
