Space Mode, Goto Mode, etc. pop-ups do not appear on Windows for v25.01

Summary

I recently updated to v25.01 across both Windows and Linux (Arch) systems. Pop-ups that previously appeared when pressing , , etc. for the various modes would no longer appear in the lower right of the editor in the new version on Windows. This wasn't a problem on Linux.
