Modularize Helix Motions

Having tested all mainstream motions in the market (usual mouse and keyboard, vi, vim, nvim, emacs, kakoune, helix);
I can safely say helix motions are the most ergonomic motions created as of today

To help them be more ubiquitous, I think it would be a very interesting enhancement to modularize them in order to be able to embed them elsewhere as extensions

Some successful motions embedding extensions are Vimium and Vimium C, VSCodeVim and VSCode NeoVim, Vim motions in Zed, …

There also is an opened feature request for kakoune/helix motions in Zed : zed-industries/zed#4888 and zed-industries/zed#6447
