Codestats integration

https://codestats.net/ is a service for tracking development activity.

It is very helpful to reflect on productivity, and has an open API, as well as plugins for vim, vscode, JetBrains, shells, etc.

Note: Zed also has a codestats "plugin", so there should be no problem in implementing the API in Rust
