are we getting terminal in helix, is it in progress ?

i was checking the source code i saw some test to be exact in helix::core command's
we are getting it any time soon ?

You could fire up helix in that terminal too...

Because helix doesn't have a client/server thing like kakoune, or something like Emacs's compile, I think it's fine to want a terminal in helix, even though a terminal in a terminal is funky. I don't however find a real need for it to be a built-in terminal.

The Steel integration already makes it possible to embed a terminal emulator: https://github.com/mattwparas/helix-config/blob/master/crates/steel-pty/pty.scm

I think that's a fine trade-off: a terminal emulator as a plugin.
