Is there a way to open links in LSP's hover box?

If there's a link in the hover documentation, the link will not be rendered and helix will show the alt text

If I go to definition on the cursor to get to the file containing the doc, i can see the links

But there's no way currently to access this link when it's in the hover box form. In neovim's case i can press hover twice and the cursor would jump to inside the box and navigate inside but i'm not seeing equivalent options in helix?
