Auto Complete Not Showing Imports In Rust

Working on a project in Helix instead of VSCode and my auto complete is not working right. I checked my Helix health and everything looks good.

Both the use keyword and what I am typing in the image had problems not showing in auto complete.

And now it's working. An editor restart fixed the issue.

This reoccurs whenever I add or remove a cargo dependency. Is there a way to prevent this? I tried reloading my file and it doesn't work. I have to write or quit without writing and reopen Helix.
