Set of default language servers for every language

Hey guys,

I just configured another language in helix and realized that I now have some 'generic' language servers which I basically apply to every language, which are in my case 'helix-gpt' and 'ltex-ls'.

So I figured it might be an interesting idea, if it is possible to configure a default set of LSPs, which are applied to every language (on top of the specific LSPs for that language).
Maybe additionally with a config option to disable the default set for a specific language?

I'm unsure whether it's worth the effort, since configuring it manually is no big deal.
What do you guys think?
