Is it possible to center text?

I always have softwrap enabled for lines over 100 characters. If I'm editing markdown with only a terminal open this means the text is all smooshed over to one side, and if I disable soft wrap it means I get insanely long sentences. Is there a way to make the text columns appear on the middle of the terminal (kind of like dynamic gutter width)? It would be really useful for markdown, LaTeX, typst, etc...
