Buffer Tab Numbering + Navigation Shortcut

Devs may have many buffers open at once.

If buffer tabs were configurable such that they could assume indices, it would be possible to navigate faster than with the space+b / buffer search.

This could behave similarly to tmux (seen in screenshot below).

One could navigate to a given buffer by entering :bn where n is the corresponding number in the buffer tab.
