How do I set the color for the <space> menu, and anything similar when creating a theme?

I've tried almost everything I could. Here's my theme so far:

"selection_foreground" = "fl_cyan" 
"selection_corner_style" = "cut" 
"selection_corner_radius" = "2" 
"inactive_selection" = "gray"

and none of this has affected it. the text is the expected color, but the separator and the lining around it are not
