Can you move from another register to another?

I have recorded a macro to a register and would like to move it to the @ register so I can quickly execute it.
Is there a way to do this?

Just found a way. I paste the register I want to move from and just yank it to the register @.
Though, I still would like to know if there is an alternative way that might be quicker than this.
Well if not, I will just mark this as the answer.
