Bad Lanuage config

I'm getting the following error since I added PowerShell to my languages.toml file:

Bad language config: invalid type: map, expected a sequence
in `language.language-servers`

My languages.toml file looks like this:

I think it has to do with the language-servers.

I did follow this discussion: #3956

Which is for Mac and I'm on Windows but I don't think that is the issue.

Thank you I updated and now I'm not getting any errors. It's not formatting but that is its on issue that I'm solving.
