Is there an option to move the location of the pop up?

Is it possible to move the location of the LSP pop up, so that it isn't next to the cursor but is rather pinned to the bottom or top of the window? I searched the documentation and couldn't find such an option, but I might have missed it. I could have sworn this option existed when I used Helix previously, although I could be thinking of Kakoune.
