C/C++: replace dot operator with arrow operator intelligently

Hi! I try to use helix to replace vscode to write C/C++ code recently. Everything is good, but I notice that helix can't show the struct member suggestions when I type a . after a struct pointer automatically. I use the same clangd args in vscode, everything works fine. So I'm guessing this is a feature we haven't being implemented currently. Am I right?
My language.toml file is as below:

I found that in the language.toml file I make some mistake, which make clangd's args I configured don't make any sense. The [language-servers.clangd] should be [language-server.clangd]. Correct file is as below.

By default, you need to write at least 2 characters for auto-complete to kick in. You can configure editor.completion-trigger-len for that and test.

My bad, that isn't related. I see this behavior working w/ the following snippet:

struct Foo {
    Foo* n;
};

int main() {
    Foo f;
    f. // Here
}

You can also see Helix's side of the logs by running it with hx -v and later inspecting :log-open

@kirawi I'm so sorry for forgetting to mention my helix version. I run hx --version and it shows helix 23.10 (f6021dd0). Since I am using Ubuntu 22.04, I use ppa:maveonair/helix-editor repository but it haven't up to date with the master branch. I am not familiar with the rust compiler, so I will try it later.

@kirawi I try on master today. Now hx --version shows helix 23.10 (f03b91d1). From clangd's verbose log, I can confirm that on this version helix do send context.triggerCharacter and context.triggerKind to clangd. But the issue still there. So that is not the root cause.

@kirawi I try your snippet, but with some modification as followed, because of some syntax error in c.
