A related commit was made on 2021-09-24, see https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=258607#c8. I could/should have closed the bug report at this point.

Re: https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=258607#c10 I could have built, packaged and installed devel/electron12 for myself. It's a time-consuming build so instead, I chose to await the FreeBSD-provided package before closing the report for harfbuzz.
