Create and Ipython or Juypter notebook the can render supply trees

using Ipython/Juypter notebook created in resolving issue #22 which contains both Harry's slurper and matchmaking of OKH and OKW to create supply tree objects, which should about put JSON formatted data conforming to visualization format. Then it should use Tims code to renders the supply trees into visualized graphs.
