I accidentally came across your integration while developing a similar integration that uses textnow to send/receive sms/mms/audio.
Since my integration does not use an official api and its pending textnow's permission so everyone can enjoy it forever ive been looking for a fallback if they deny it. https://github.com/zodyking/Home-Assistant-TextNow is the intergration, regardless the reason why im messing you is because there a few things ld like you to add to your intergration that i implemented in mine.

Because i registered device triggers for sms received & phrase received my integration is not just a notifier but a means in which you can trigger advance automation by simply sending a text message. For example if i text "Send Me The Bill" i have a current automation that send me my latest con ed bill, or another one I have is if i Text "(Room name:(message)" to the number it plays a message in the room for example "Doorbell: One sec ill be right there!" it will play it "One sec ill be right there!" on my door bell. I have also added a feature where users can send full fledge menus systems with number select in which you can build complex sms menus using choose blocks.

It sounds complex but review my code ask me questions so your integration can benefit as i think yours have more longevity than mine since im not using an official public api.

reason i asked for this is because it will open up endless possibility for how we interact with smart home rather than being just a notifier
