Cast does not work from Youtube and cast controls not working on other sites #311

Extension version: 3.1 but also tried 3.0
Bridge version: 3.0
Description
Opening the cast function on youtube does not allow to cast. Either "There is a problem with the bridge!" (despite reading okay in the extension settings) and showing no targets or targets are all available but grey with no options.
Additionally, casting a generic HTML5 video and Twitch TV works, but the controls for the video do not. It does not show up in the cast addon menu nor does pausing the video in the browser pause the video on the TV.
