Cutting off Additional Cast Devices

Description
When there are more than 4 Cast devices available on a network, it is either cutting off additional cast devices, or its showing them below the fold, but there is no way to scroll/view them. Issue for me as I have Nest Wifi Points which clog up my cast list, hiding the TVs I actually want to cast to.

Work around:
Turn off one/multiple of the visible cast devices, relaunch Firefox, desired device now makes the 'cut' of 4.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to cast from site, have more than 4 Cast devices available
2. Device list cut off at 4, hiding desired device
3. Unplug device thats not needed
4. Relaunch browser
5. Desired Device shown

Expected behaviour
Try to cast from site with more than 4 devices available. Casting list would either show all devices in one view, or have a scroll bar to view devices (if more than 4)
