Change NetworkCurl according to os_adapation::NetworkProtocolCurl. (#710)

* Change NetworkCurl according to os_adapation::NetworkProtocolCurl.
Removed blocks of code under OLP_SDK_NETWORK_HAS_OPENSSL.
Initialization of handles changed, removed curl_easy_setopt for each handle.
Removed headers, that are not used. Mutex locks in CompleteMessage changed.
LostHandles functionality removed from Run function.
