Yes, feel free to fork this extension!

Regarding the technicalities: In theory, you can point the extension to a different host. You’d also need to adjust the (host) permissions in the manifest file. You’ll find the entry https://api-prod.omnivore.app/* in there, which you’ll need to replace with your own host domain.

The default url for the Omnivore instance is defined within the default settings object:

omnivore-list-popup/src/services/storage.ts
