Can't reconnect the current session in IBGA automatically after signing in from IB mobile app

I did a test as below:

1. launch IBGA docker, and login to IB gateway successfully, using mobile authenticator
2. run a test python program to make sure the connection is okay
3. sign in to IB app on my mobile. Then I got the noticiation on IB mobile app telling me there is one existing session and asked to whether to kick off the exising session. I clicked Yes.
4. On the other side, IBGA was also telling "existing session detected, will kick it out". This message was looping forever.
5. On the IBGA UI, there was also a message saying that a new session appeared, and asked whether to reconnect the current one.
6. If I don't click reconnect the current session manually, the IBGA can't really do it automatically. Is it possible to do this automatically?

I'm sorry but the message is misleading, it's supposed to only kick out an existing session upon start/restart of the ibga docker. It won't work after start, in the middle of a session.

However, if it were to be configured to kick another session out in the middle, then no other device would be able to login, as only a single session is allowed.

okay fare enough. but is there a way to get two login at same time? my demand is very simple, I want to check the trades done from api on my phone, in case I am away from my pc. thx a lot.

I think IBKR would deny your application if that's your use case. But generally you have to open another account using a new login, and that new account can have access to your existing account, plus the new account. Although market data fees, and activity fees are paid separately. Otherwise you need an advisor structure account or institutional account.
