"Login Messages" disrupting automatic process #16

Description

As referenced in another issue:

The debug info appears to be ok.

However, the "Login Messages" window is a problem. The mechanism simulates mouse clicks, which won't work if a window is blocking the menu. I've never seen this. Is there any setup in your account that I can replicate? If you are using TWS or IBG on your desktop for example, what's the content in this message, any way for me to turn it on?

A (blank) "Login messages" window pops up and blocks the entire viewport:

Manual intervention is needed: connect with VNC, close the window, and then configure options as this can't be performed automatically.

To recreate: the account must have outstanding login tasks: https://www.interactivebrokers.com/campus/ibkr-api-page/web-api-account-management/#client-fees-14.

When logging in through the web portal, we can see the outstanding task (and the cause of the login window)

Complete these tasks and the window stops appearing. You must then delete the skip files in ./run/settings/

This is likely less of an issue for an account that has been setup properly, but the IBKR documentation states that there are multiple reasons for this window to appear:

Scenarios which IBKR will assign a login message:

Expired tax form
Update CRS form
Verify Account Information
Email Bounced

The window blocks all other windows and must be closed before the Paper Trading alert is closed. Note that the Close button isn't visible on the screen (dragging the window horizontally by the width of the viewport aligns the close button with the 'I' of the IBKR logo. )
