[Enhancement]: Latest view - full paginated list, newest to oldest, with release/update date

Description

Add view like the Latest view on the home page, but not limited to the most recent 5. Full Newest to oldest paginated list, including the release/latested update date.

Expected Benefit

Lets us review the latest additions and updates as we like, without catagory filtering etc.

Possible Implementation

Click on the Latest addition banner to load full view, have a button at the bottom of the latest addition to go to that view.

@tonydehnke interesting idea, i've def been thinking of alternative ways to navigate around - so what are you picturing, a flat list, no categories?

as you're weighing in, could i get your opinion? trying to decide what metrics are worth showing - time since first commit? time since last push? do you think resources should be removed after a while if there's no activity in N months? (hard to calibrate but some of them are "stale").

I just want a list view, imagine a blog site listing its blog posts, newest to oldest chronologically. Page 1, 2, 3 etc

Basically it's a dedicated multipage version of the Latest section of main page.

You could add a category filter if you wanted.. but often I just want to see what's new, past the 5 shown on the main page.

I don't think you need to remove things, as this is just a paginated view, so older items will just fall to lower pages naturally.

So:

• New vs Major Update
• Original publish/release date
• date updated (if different/update)
• Category

but this view generally works, just give us pagination, and maybe a category filter and see what people ask for after :)

Some feedback about the flat list view #421.

1. it does not show the "CREATED" and "UPDATED" dates
2. it does not contain the usual stars/forks/issues/pr/repo-age badge

With those improvements (especially 1.), that would resolve my #387, since the flat sort view allows to sort by UPDATED.

I also believe that the current flat view does not address the requirements from #410 (comment), which listed: "New vs Major Update, Original publish/release date, date updated (if different/update), Category"

Should I continue with the feedback here, or do you prefer a new issue?

1. A have a suggestion for projects that have no releases - to use maybe "None" as release. This will make the summary badges to fit on a single line. Similarly use "License: unknown" consitently. Or maybe split the badges into two lines, with the 2nd line to contain everything date related. The goal of having the badges positions as aligned as possible across projects is to facilitate visual comparisons.

2. Another suggestion is to use iso formatted dates: YYYY-MM-DD. This would reduce the human processing load, since currently we have words like today, december, august, may 2022, etc, and these are hard to quickly process visually when scrolling.

3. Another thing is that when using the UPDATED sorting order: 1) I see some projects witthout github repo (hence no update date) interspersed between projects with dates, 2) the order "yesterday" first," today" later is unexpected to me.
