What happened?

Our installer installed a "BHK CHACHA EK 1529x600 - 700W" in our bathroom. I've installed the IRSAP NOW App, but it's ridiculous to have an App for just a single heater. Luckily I found this Home Assistant integration.

I've installed the integration, and while configuring, it asks for a username and password. I filled in the credentials that I need to login to the IRSAP NOW App, and then HA gives an error saying "envid_failed".
Any idea what does that mean?

Second question, this new radiator that was released this summer, seems to talk only Bluetooth. So I'm a bit confused how Home Assistant can talk to it when I have no Bluetooth transmitter (yet), and the docs here don't mention a Bluetooth transmitter either.

I just ordered a Bluetooth-proxy (slzb-06 from SMLIGHT) to use with HA. Will the integration work then?

I clicked on this link. Clicked the 'three vertical dots' menu and there was no option called 'download diagnostics'. Only option was 'Known issues'.

Hi @SaintPaddy ,
at the moment the integration works with WiFi models that can connect to the cloud (which is what the integration is based on).
The error I see is due to the fact that the id of your enviroment, i.e. your home is not found in the IRSAP cloud environment.

Try to see if it is possible for this model to hook it into their cloud and in case it is needed, we could debug it.
