Enhancement: Add enhanced results to AuthZen

For the policy-playground, enhance authzen to:

• Possibly enable returning Rego processor messages
• Switch formats between: Pass/Fail, Authzen Response, Detailed Response (policies eval cnt, action matches, etc)
