Causes ">" to be typed sometimes when typing "." #29

Try it- if you rapidly press caps lock and period it makes a ">" and I am sure it doe this for all other keys too.

Super annoying, this script is almost a perfect fix other than that.
I cannot believe Linux is just allowing this bug to exist for so many years and so much of the community answers to it is "Learn how to type lol, its how typewriters worked its not a bug, works fine for me."
