Status and runnable example for the cxxjit-ni-9.0 branch

Hi Finkel,

Its great to see update of the cxxjit proposal. Seems that currently the cxxjit-ni-9.0 branch is tracking the design of p1609r3. However, examples in the wiki, as well as newly-added test cases haven't been update yet.

I'm wondering where could I find runnable examples which work with dynamic_function_template_instantiation?
