No selecting color in InteliJ Idea

Describe the bug
No visual feedback when selecting code in InteliJ Idea

To Reproduce
Use latest version and select it in the Editor -> Color Scheme

Expected behavior
The selected code should be marked in a color.

In the screenshot I selected two lines. You can see that they are selected (bottom right), but the selected lines aren't colored.

Additional context
Text selection is working other themes. I also tried downgrading the InteliJ version, but no difference.

I made clean install on virtual machine Hiberbee_Dark.zip and get it working so you can unzip and import at:

I notice then only diffrenece between clean and update schaem is firs line:

when change to:
<scheme name="Hiberbee Dark" version="142">
icls file work fine
