Consolidate SourceModelContext and SourceModelBuildingContext #125
Description
Especially since we removed Jandex Index from SourceModelBuildingContext, there is really no need for this split.
Note that this requires code changes on consumers (only ORM at the moment). At the same time, consider renaming this to just ModelsContext?
