Cant flash to ESP

Hello,

I´m having trouble flashing the code to my ESP8266MOD 12-F

I sucessfully flashed it about two Years ago, but now after flashing I get the following error in in the serial monitor in Arduino IDE 2.3.6

it's seem a boot error, in arduino IDE have you select the correct board?

I selected "LOLIN(WEMOS) D1 mini (clone)" as im using this ESP: https://www.az-delivery.de/en/products/d1-mini
When I try the Blink program, that works just fine.
