Field ${stream_url} is empty in notifications

Environment

Graylog Web Interface version: Graylog 3.1.4+1149fe1
Graylog MS Teams Plugin version: 2.0.2

To Reproduce

Add field ${stream_url} to Message template

Expected behavior

Field ${stream_url} should return HTTP URL to the Graylog stream as described here: https://docs.graylog.org/en/3.1/pages/streams/alerts.html#email-alert-notification

Thank you for raising the issue.
As already reported in Graylog2/graylog2-server#6203, some parameters were gone from new notification.

Let me investigate if there is way to get necessary information.

This issue appears to exist in Graylog 4.2.5 as well. Is there any workaround to include the stream URL in notifications?
