Use IP in Configs conflicts

Describe the bug

Use IP in configs feature conflicts with AutCDN Domains.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

0. The AutoCDN domain has to be set in the Domains Section.
1. Go to 'Admin Panel'
2. Click on 'Settings'
3. Open 'General Settings'
4. Disable 'Use IP in configs`

Expected behavior
It should be the same as before the update. AutoCDN domains should have their IPS.

After updating to the new version (good feature Use IP in configs).
Disabling this feature in settings, the AutoCDN domains also have their own domain, and it should be the same as before the update. AutoCDN domains should have their IPs instead of *.ircf.space domains based on ISPs.

With the New Update, the use ip configs moved to each domain, so this issue can be closed.
