Bug/Feature: Hiddify dont work

Description: Hiddify CLI stays in the active/activating status, it restarts and tries to turn on again without success. As a result, when attempting to add a profile in the client app, a timeout occurs. The issue persists even after a full OS reinstall and Hiddify reinstall.

Hiddify CLI остаётся в статусе active/activating, он перезагружается и снова пытается включиться без успеха. Из-за этого при попытке добавить профиль, возникает тайм-аут. Проблема сохраняется даже после полной переустановки ОС и Hiddify.

Confirm. Noticed on several servers. A clean reinstall does not always help.

same issue here. v12.0 on Ubuntu Server 22.04

hiddify-cli activating

All added users except the "default" one can not connect (for example mtproto proxy check via provided link in telegram results in unavailable). Default user works just fine.
