Problem

As part of the upcoming upgrade to Pectra in Hiero networks, EIP-7702: Set Code for EOAs introduces Type 4 transactions (EthereumTransaction in the SDK). To prepare for this upgrade, the SDK should be able to send this type of transactions to the CN.

Solution

• Add class EthereumTransactionDataEip7702
• Enable Type 4 transactions
