Proposal: New Triage Role for Junior Committers

I have proposed to Hiero governance team to add a Junior Committer role to the Python SDK ['Triage Role']
They will have more permissions than a regular developer, but not be allowed to merge.

We would like to hear stories if this would be a good first step for you in being on the path to a committer and a maintainer.

Hi, from a contributor point of view this could be great, I think that is a safe way to give a bit more of responsibility without being maybe overwhelming.
For sure Python SDK contributors will appreciate that :D
