First SDK projects moved to Hiero 🎉

Hi all,
I'm happy to have some cool updates about Hiero today!

The first two Hedera projects have been transferred to Hiero 🥳
The C++ SDK and the technical compatibility kit (TCK) for all SDKs (see https://github.com/hiero-ledger/hiero-sdk-tck) are now part of Hiero. We already have the first PRs to move the repos to a vendor-neutral future (example can be found at hiero-ledger/hiero-sdk-tck#262) 💪
