Overview

Reduce the combined memory footprint of the local network stack—Consensus Node, Block Node, Mirror Node, TSS, Transaction Tool and JSON-RPC Relay—so developers can run the full environment reliably on a standard laptop with 1 GB RAM (with headroom for OS + dev tools).

1. Every container gets a maximum of 64MB of RAM.
2. Except consensus node, which gets 128MB of RAM.
3. Our entire RAM budget is now 1GB.
