bug: windows: wsl install commands are missing, wsl is not installed by default

I created a Windows VM running in UTM on my MacOS. Thought to check if wsl was installed prior to running through the rest of the docs commands for Solo to be installed on Windows.

I think this section of the docs:

# First, in Windows PowerShell (as Administrator):
# wsl --install Ubuntu
# Then reboot and open the Ubuntu terminal.
# All commands below run in your Ubuntu (WSL2) terminal.

should be uncommented and be a step, that can be skipped if they already have it completed or have another distro that they want to use.

You can resolve this by installing a distribution with the instructions below:

Use 'wsl.exe --list --online' to list available distributions
and 'wsl.exe --install <Distro>' to install.

The error code Wsl/InstallDistro/Service/RegisterDistro/CreateVm/HCS/HCS_E_HYPERV_NOT_INSTALLED indicates that WSL2 cannot start because required virtualization components are not properly enabled or configured.

Key Causes and Fixes
Virtual Machine Platform Disabled:
Ensure the Virtual Machine Platform feature is enabled in Windows.
Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off, and check:
✅ Virtual Machine Platform
✅ Windows Subsystem for Linux
✅ Windows Hypervisor Platform (recommended)
Restart after enabling.
