[Feature Request] MIDI output for DAW/music applications

Description

Add MIDI as a virtual output type, allowing physical controllers to send MIDI messages for use with DAWs and music production software.

Use Cases

• Map gamepad/joystick axes to MIDI CC (continuous controller) messages
• Map buttons to MIDI note on/off
• Use physical controllers as MIDI instruments or DAW controllers

Hey @ThreeDeeJay — good news, we're actually implementing this after all!

MIDI virtual controller output is being added as a new output type alongside Xbox 360, DS4, and vJoy. PadForge will create its own system-wide MIDI endpoint using Windows MIDI Services — no need for loopMIDI or any third-party virtual MIDI driver. DAWs and other MIDI apps will see "PadForge MIDI" as an available input device.

You'll be able to map axes to MIDI CC messages and buttons to MIDI note on/off, with configurable channel and velocity.

This will land in RC4, which should be releasing today. In the meantime, keep an eye on the nightly builds — it may show up there first.

Note: This requires Windows MIDI Services (Win11), so it won't be available on Windows 10.
