[integ-tests] Use m6g.16xlarge as head node for test gb200

c7g.4xlarge is too small. NCCL test installation timed out

This commit changes the instance type to m6g.16xlarge. We made a capacity reservation for m6g.16xlarge to ensure the stability of the test
