Do a nother quality check for docs

So, after redoing the upload process, it made some good progress. There were some things where there was no corresponding embedding file, which was a problem. There are others where there are just things missing, and we need to do another loop through to make sure that all the docs that are supposed to be there are there. That's it. There's also the skip_docs.json file, and that's important. We should go through all of those, but there were some that were skipped before that doc was created, like a few hundred. So those should be added as well.
