Bundle assets #17
Description
It doesn't seem like assets are bundled in tags/releases and are only provided in actions (which expire after some time) so if the user doesn't have the retroarch-assets package installed or has a different version, assets aren't shown properly:
No retroarch-assets:
retroarch-assets 1.7.6+git20221024+dfsg-3 (system package):
retroarch-assets 1.19 manually downloaded from libretro/retroarch-assets:
