Switched Waypoints for Some Routes (inbound & outbound)

Users reported that some route waypoints are incorrect, with outbound and inbound waypoints switched.

Steps to Reproduce

Check E32A Outbound: https://hkbus.github.io/route-waypoints/8431-I.json
Check E32A Inbound: https://hkbus.github.io/route-waypoints/8431-O.json
Compare waypoints with expected directions.

Results

Outbound and inbound waypoints are swapped.

Please help to check the issue.
