CopyQ 13.0.0 on Windows - unchecking "Hide from screenshots and recordings" doesn't "stick"

Describe the bug
It won't stay unchecked.

To Reproduce

1. File->Preferences->General->Hide from screenshots and recordings->uncheck->click OK.
2. Repeat step 1.

Expected behavior
I want it to stay unchecked.
